OUR SHIPPING POLICY:
We offer shipping via US Postal Service Priority Mail and First Class and UPS Ground. Please be sure to use your mailing address (PO Box when appropriate) if you are shipping via the US Postal Service when you fill out your order.
Domestic Orders (within the US): We can offer your choice of UPS Ground (lower 48),Priority Mail or First Class Mail . Generally, Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days in transit. UPS Ground can take 5 business days to the West Coast.
International Orders: We ship Priority Mail International which takes 6-10 business days in transit. We can also often get greatly discounted rates using and Fed Ex International Priority, which is quite a bit quicker. The discounts vary depending on location. Please contact us for a shipping quote. Please also understand that our shipping cost to you does not include import taxes or brokerage fees that you might incur.
Turn-Around Time: We usually can ship an order within three business days of receiving payment for the order. When we receive your order, we will contact you with the ship date.
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
We offer a 30-day trial period for our products. If, during that time, you decide to return them, you may do so at your own expense. When we receive the goods in the same condition that they were received in, we will refund you the original sales price (less any shipping costs).
