Excited to hear from Jose Morales in Panama about his CrossFit box Panama Canal CrossFit which is opening shortly. Panama has a thriving paddling community, known partly for its Ocean-to-Ocean Cayuco Race . Pictured here is the coaches training area where they will project the video of the paddler using coaching software on the TV. They have several more paddling adapters which they will be adding to the rowers before they open. Jose tells us
Our CrossFit box is very much focused on paddling and a lot the paddling community here in Panama practices CrossFit. That is how all this concept started. We ourselves mixed paddling with CrossFit. The training was pretty succesful, so now we want to share!
